Cookies
What this site stores
on your device.
Nothing. This page exists so you can check that rather than take it on faith, and so it is already here on the day that changes.
Last updated August 2026
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags, no session tracking and no third-party embeds, so there is nothing to ask you about and no banner to click through. The pages are static files and the only thing that leaves your browser is a request for them.
The forms on this site post to our own servers rather than to a form service, so submitting one does not hand your message to a third party. What happens to it after that is described on Trust & data.
Fonts are the one exception worth naming: they load from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the request for them. Google states that it sets no cookies for Fonts. Self-hosting them is on the list.
Nothing to list
There are no cookies to name. The moment that changes, every one of them appears in a table here, with what it is for and when it expires, and the banner asking your permission arrives with it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to insurers, and not in the broad senses those words carry under California law. There is no version of our business model that depends on doing so, which is why you will not find a "do not sell my personal information" switch on this site: there is nothing behind it to switch off.
You have choices that do apply here. There is currently no analytics to decline, and this site sets no cookies at all. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as an opt out and act on it without asking you anything.
Rights over data we do hold, including access, correction, deletion and portability, are described in the nutrition app's Privacy Policy. To exercise any of them, or to ask what we hold about you, email [email protected]. We do not require an account to ask, and we do not charge for it.
Ask at [email protected] and a person answers. If you think this page is inaccurate, that is worth an email too: it is a claim about our own software, and we would rather hear it from you than be wrong in public.
The nutrition app is separate software with its own Privacy Policy, which covers the data it holds about you. This page covers this website only.
